"All staff were amazing"

About: Burnley General Hospital / Gynaecology

Visited twice, that being today (18-01-18) and tuesday (16-01-18). And I'm very anxious about hospitals, my body and health, and my dignity that I had to lose haha. But all three nurses that I sat and talked with made me feel 100% comfortable and talked me through absolutely everything I needed to know in full detail. I can't thank them enough for their work. They also fit me in for a slot on the same day so I only had to spend two days there instead of three.

I know everything that needs to be done, self care etc. As they provided everything, leaflets, wrote down information and like I said before, told me every detail of what I need to know.

I know we're not supposed to mention any names or details on these reviews but I feel they need to be praised in some way or another.

This was on the ward Gynaecology 2, I just feel like they need the recognition for the work they're doing and their attitude within their jobs. Especially one in particular, made me feel completely comfortable when out of my comfort zone so thank you!
