I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear normayz33,

Ouch, that must have hurt. Thank you so much for sharing this with us; it is heartening that you found everything to be first class. I will share this with all the teams, I am sure it will make their day.

I hope you are recovering well.

best wishes,

Eunice

Thanks I was in to get the plaster off and though it's sensitive and delicate it'll be fine. The reason I did this Opinion was because I am so fed up with peeps knocking the NHS. I am 70 years old and have had efficient, effective, pleasant help all these years covering many Scottish Hospitals. I feel it's unfair on the staff who do work and try So hard under difficult circumstances, and we should edify and support them.

Dear normayz33,

Plaster off - that is great.

I really appreciate where you are coming from and it really does help the staff to hear praise, particularly at this 'highly pressured' time of the year.

Once again, thank you and take care,

Best wishes,

Eunice
