love the new system that the surgery has in place, before when you rang on the day if there were no appointments left that was it unless it was an emergency. Now if you call on the day someone either a nurse or doctor ring you to assess you over the telephone and then if they cant give you a prescription over the phone they offer you a time to go up to the surgery. Its so much better.

Cant understand why people complain, they clearly are very demanding on the practice.

I have never had a problem all the time ive been with them

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We have found that with our new appointment system we are able to better management patient demand. Instead of telling patients we have no appointments left at 8.30am our reception staff are always able to offer the patient something. We are able to deal with routine matters alongside the more urgent calls.
