"Why bother"

About: Claire House / Ashton & Golborne CMHT (Adults)

(as a service user),

Currently in crisis and suffering with depression anxiety and bpd

Came out of hospital after od , no one been in touch

I rang up yesterday eventually spoke to someone told to use skills - not helpful right now

Rang assessment team - spoke to like rubbish

Rang duty three times today - no one rings back

Feel utterly let down and unsupported, and feels like these teams won’t do anything!

I feel treated like an emotional attention seeker , with no help in a crisis

Why bother trying to get support
