"Resus and ambulance teams"

I just wanted to thank both the ambulance crew and the resus team who cared for my friend when he was admitted with breathing difficulties last night. The staff were calm, professional and very caring despite the immense pressure the NHS is currently under. Every individual involved took time to explain what was happening to my friend and why specific treatment and medicines were being provided. Most importantly they treated my friend with dignity, respect and care. This helped us at a very distressing time. Thank you.
