"Always takes the time, very caring, practical..."

We are moving out of the catchment area and are sad that we will no longer be able to use the practice at River Place.

I and my family have had a variety of health problems over the last few years and our allocated doctor has been wonderful.

Although she and the practice are very busy, she always takes the time to understand and discuss my sometimes complicated situation and I have never felt rushed.

Her advice has always been very sensible and practical, getting the right balance between "taking action" and "waiting to see what happens".

As well as being medically excellent, her attitude and manner has always been thoughtful and caring.

When she has not been available, we have also found the other doctors to be excellent.

The practice runs efficiently with appointments usually available on the same morning if you are willing & able to be waiting in the (usually quite short) queue outside the practice by 8am.

The other services such as nurses, child health visitors, and phlebotomists have also been excellent.
