I used to call my local Willows Clinic in Chislehurst to arrange a blood test without one problem always a first class service.
Someone then came up with a great idea of the customer having to ring a central number. A disaster as I was not speak able to speak an operator. The pre recorded message was misleading and quite clearly incorrect.
Why change a system that clearly worked?
