(as a relative),

UHH OPD

cant fault it in anyway, staff extremely well trained compassionate, friendly

clinic was running late we were kept informed by staff announcements by staff this was reassuring that we were not forgotten about

reception was a little crowded but staff booking us in was more than helpful and really polite

my self and my mother would like to thank the staff in outpatients
