I am 89 years old and suffered a nasty chest infection over the Christmas period. My experience of the care provided by my local surgery -River Place Health Centre, London was excellent. Two overnight doctor's visits, two daytime visits, prescriptions delivered to my door and a personal phone call from my named GP. I continue, after several check -ups and blood tests , to feel very well cared for.
