I live with two long term conditions and recently had two heart procedures independent of these. Just want to say I understand appointments are difficult to get and this is not the surgery's fault but due to under-funding of local practices by CCG in an area of rapidly expanding population area due to huge increase in housing.
You are all doing a fantastic job and all healthcare staff excellent.
