Two referrals sent and no feed back from surgery, both times I have had to chase and then been given numbers to contact different hospitals!
No reply to email- sent so I have a paper trail because of things lost and even being diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and on the strongest dose of anti depressants, still no reply to emails!
I don't book appts and rarely even go to the Drs as don't wish to waste people's time but with here you don't have a choice as it's the only way anything moves forward unfortunately whichever dr seems to help, you can't see again !!
