Self referred in Feb 2017. Had the phone call where I told them that CBTisn't suitable in my situation. As I had already had counselling in 2017 (that's a whole other stirt), apparently I've already had too much counselling on the NHS do it's CBT or nothing.

If u accepted nothing I'd statistically be a success so I accepted going in the CBT waiting list.

I received a letter written in such a way as to make it sound like I'd been assessed and was happy with the assessment. It said we'd agreed in CBT and it said I'd been put on a 6 to 9 month waiting list.

Still waiting (a year later) and no one answers the phone!!
