"Elderly Outpatients A&E"

About: Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

I accompanied a 73 yr old gentleman, recovering from a stroke, who had further health issues. The care he received from the doctor was of the highest level and was so very much appreciate by the patient.

The gentleman was under the care of a Senior nurse, and he gave also the highest level of nursing care, over and above expectations.

The Nursing Assistant was another member of the team and he supported entirely the team objective of giving the best possible care.

The gentleman left the unit with symptoms relieved at peace and so very grateful for the care, understanding patience and superb professionalism he was the recipient of.
