"Great Care - Thank you"

Thank you for the great care you gave my mother on Sunday 14th January. She needed to attend the accident and emergency department with a suspected Deep Vein Thrombosis.

All staff from the receptionist on arrival to the nurses and doctors in casualty were so helpful and professional. The unit was obviously very, very busy but despite the pressures the staff remained totally committed to providing my mother with excellent care.
