About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as the patient),

I was very impressed by the care I received. The staff were all extremely pleasant and kind. Everything was very well explained. The endoscopy was carried out quietly and calmly. It was good to be able to see on the screen all that was happening. It was also good to receive a letter explaining the procedure and the diagnosis before I left the ward.

My gratitude to all concerned and apologies for not writing in sooner.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some encouraging feedback. I'm very pleased our procedures to help and assist you were beneficial. I'm also delighted that you were able to see the screen and understand it - certainly looking at the screen is not everyone's cup of tea, so well done!
