Dear Sir/Madam,
At a time when one hears more complaints and moaning than usual about our supposedly "crumbling" NHS system I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the way I have been treated at UCHL over the past months.
I underwent two surgeries at UCH Euston Road in 2017:
A colonoscopy that led to a polypectomy on June 22nd.
A haemorrhoidectomy on September 12th.
In both cases I have nothing but praise for all the staff I met, before, during and after the surgeries.
Because the Rafaelo procedure has, apparently, only been practiced in the UK for a very short time and I was one of the first patient, Doctors showered attention on me and monitored very closely my recovery even calling on weekend and evenings.
I could not have been more satisfied by the service the NHS provided and would like to extend my congratulations to all the staff at UCH Euston Road.
