"Excellent care and service on a very busy evening"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital / Accident and emergency

My mother was admitted to the hospital via A&E on what we were told was the busiest night of the year - day after Boxing Day.

The care and attention she received was amazing and we were overwhelmed with the kindness of staff.

Very many thanks to all staff on duty that evening.

The CEO should be saying a personal thank you and I cannot name the staff but you know who you are !

Many thanks for your lovely review on your visit to the Emergency Department during the Christmas period. We did had very high numbers of attendance and this stretched our services to the maximum; however, it is delightful to read that the care your mother received was still amazing.
