"AVOID."

About: London Independent Hospital

I am an NHS patient. Referred by GP. Chosen

BMI The London Independent Hospital.

Very first appointment on 14th November 2017 with the consultant. He was busy busy busy with his mobile phone. Rushing & Examining like he will miss the train. No patient care at all. Painful and did not bother.

Terrible Doctor.

Second appointment on 9th January 2017 with the consultant after 6 weeks even worse. Found busy again with his mobile phone. No preparation at all. In practice all Doctors read patient’s history in the file before calling any patient. I was sitting in. He was looking for my file. No file on the table, no treatment history on the computer, nothing anywhere at all. He was blank. Went out to look for my file and came back in empty. Asked me to remind him about me and why I was there for. But there was no where for him to write it down the appointment details and notes. So no continuation in treatment at all.

Even he was pushing to release me. I insisted and he decided to book appointment after 6 months. Terrible Doctor.

At the reception booked appointment after 6 months. The lady at the reception did not bother to write it down on the Appointment card. I asked the lady to write it down saying it would be hard for me to remember after such a long time and the lady was not very happy.

Terrible DR, Terrible Hospital, Terrible Service.
