About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital

Just to say a big thank you to the staff on ward 15b for their care compassion respect and dignity I received , staff were all ways proffessional very helpful nothing was to much trouble the staff work really hard , would also like to thank the doctors on this ward for explaning things to me how polite the doctors where and experienced thank you all again.

Your staff work really hard on this ward maybe don't get enough credit for their hard work well done team 😊
