The butterfly centre staff are amazing... really lovely people!
But when I had to go to audiology to rebook my mothers appointment I was absolutely disgusted with how she was treated.. one receptionist didn’t even look up when she approached the desk... the second receptionist ignored her for a good few minutes while messing with paper clips...
eventually when she stopped playing with her paper clips the way she spoke to my mother was absolutely disgusting!!!
No niceness, no patience... she was completely abrupt and rude!!
Being a team manager for customer service.... I would have been sacked for how they both treated my mother!!
I’m appalled!!
