"Cortisone injection, almost painless"

About: Quayside Medical Practice

I visited the surgery on Friday for a cortisone injection in my knee. I had had one 18 months ago at a different practice, it was extremely painful as the doctor could not find the joint, resulting in my knee being repeatedly stabbed, so I was not looking forward to my injection. On arrival the doctor immediately made me feel as ease. He examined my knee, told me the process and I hardly felt a thing. I'm amazed at how painless it was. This has restored my faith in injections.

Thank You very much. Kind regards.
