Hi Mac 23,

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch to feed back so positively about the Scottish Ambulance Service and the care your Mum received.

This is a challenging time of year so it is really great for our staff to hear directly from patients about their positive experiences. I'm sure they'll be delighted to know that, alongside their professionalism and standard of care, their sense of humour is also being praised!

I am pleased to hear that your Mum did not require admission to hospital in the end and that she is up back on her feet.

Thanks again for the feedback, it is much appreciated.

All the best,

Mark
