"Detox at Guernsey House"

To start with Guernsey House has always helped me and I always had the best care over 10years on and off. I've just come back to Guernsey House.

When I've wanted to detox I've had to wait a long time.

Now I have got myself stable, what I would like is a place where you can just go when something's happened or you're stressed and your don't have to make an appointment because I need something to happen there and then.

Other services have a phone line but I've never been good on the phone. I need someone to talk to, to talk about options with and that might stop me messing up not just with drugs but other parts of my life.

Now I'm happy for a detox in the future. I have a better chance now.
