"ENT and Ultrasound units - Outpatient"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had two appointments at this hospital, one with the ENT unit and one with the Ultrasound scan department. Both appointments came through really quickly and the appointment procedure was faultless.

I was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff were friendly and professional, the ENT consultant was very reassuring and put you at ease, and wasn't at all patronising as sometimes professional people can be without meaning to, he was really very good.

The Ultrasound doctor also very good. I couldn't fault it really - I think I would have got the same sort of treatment privately! At this moment in time when the NHS is so stretched I felt that to be able to offer this level of treatment to be worth feedback. Well done Preston!
