"Some good some bad"

The nurses and HCA's are wonderful, they listen and try their best to help everytime. Just a pity the Doctors let them down.

I do expect whatever doctor I see to know a little bit about my long term condition and consult me when changes in treatment are needed and explain why the changes are needed but thats not happening now.

Only finding out about changes when filling prescription and my medication is no longer on repeat and dosage change.

A little better communication with patients by the Doctor is needed. When you can get to see him that is.

Asked specifically to see the main doctor and got pushed onto a trainee GP. No reason given and no other pateints waiting.

Its a shame as this practice used to be a good one and has been my practice for over 61 years since the day I was born.

Yes i know things are different nowadays but the courtesy of being informed, or listened shouldn't have change,it costs nothing!
