My elderly mum was taken by ambulance to Fairfield A&E with a suspected stroke.
The paramedics were excellent and very understanding.
A&E was extremely busy with winter flu etc - despite this, everyone I spoke to in Fairfield was extremely helpful and supportive.
Want to also say a big 'thank you' to the Stroke and Rehab Unit staff - they managed to sort out her water and chest infections within days.
The speech therapist and occupational therapist consulted with me and agreed she could go into rehab to get her 'back on track'.
Great all round team work - very impressive, especially when they are all under such pressure.
"Very impressed with Fairfield at all levels"
