About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I noticed a rash. Quick call to Orchard Medical Centre, Dr called back within 20 mins. Telephone triage, offered face to face appt. As I live nearby I was in her room within 10 mins. Diagnosed, prescription in hand and straight to pharmacy within 55 mins. We are very lucky to have the nhs.
