On Wed.10/1/18 I went to the day surgery reception for admission to Neurosurgery. I was petrified and really frightened. The staff in the reception centre immediately saw my predicament and gave me medication which calmed me. I had very good treatment from there and throughout the pre-surgery assessment. Obviously the next procedure was a blurr but on coming round in the recovery ward and transferring to Ward N2 I had nothing but the best treatment. Nothing was too much trouble from the nurses, ancillary staff and the Doctors and because I was so relieved after successful surgery I was entirely grateful to one and all. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience, two days in total, and will certainly tell anyone who cares to listen how brilliant you all are. Thankyou.
