I have been most impressed by by every aspect of my care at Crosshouse, Conscientious and efficient staff-pleasant and efficient at all times. Food excellent and care by staff excellent - kind and caring! ! Many thanks to all. Extremely efficient! You have a great team.

Thanks very much for taking the time to provide your feedback. There is no doubt being in hospital is a difficult time. Team work is key and ensuring you as the patient is at the centre of our team.

I am glad you found the care to be excellent. Our catering department are very much part of the team and they will be delighted to know you found the food excellent. I think you have it right we need the staff to be efficient however the human aspects of being kind and caring is so important at what can be a scary time.

I will ensure your post is shared with the team and they will be delighted to see it.
