I would just like to say thank you to Des King.

He makes the journey more pleasant, which makes a big difference to the whole hospital visit. He didn’t mind waiting for me when I wasn’t ready as he was a little early. He went that extra mile for me – even getting me a chair when we arrived. Once my appointment was over, he was there within minutes to take me home.

Everyone at GWAS are great, but I felt that he deserved extra recognition for all he did for me. I want to thank him for looking after me and for his total kindness. He is a delightful man!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences with our Patient Transport Service. Our staff always get a boost when they receive such favourable acknowledgement and I am sure Des King will be no exception. We will make sure we pass on your appreciateive comments to him. It's also good to hear that you really rate the work of others within our organisation too so thank you again!
