(as a service user),

Excited, to be staying with my nana called Mairi I went out to a restaurant and had a glass of coca cola and ice. I even had ice cream. I also like to watch lol surprise dolls and lol surprise pet videos. The staff are silly and fun - this is good.

I love the way you say that the staff are silly and funny in a good way. I think you are right. they are really good at making fun. I will pass on your comments to the team and I am sure they will appreciate your lovely comments.
