"Poor communications and after care"

About: Saxon Clinic

My hernia operation at the Saxon Clinic has turned into a nightmare with ongoing complications that are still not resolved.

However, aside from the fact that I still have ongoing issues more than 6 months after my surgery, I am appalled by the disgustingly poor administration and customer support that I am certainly not receiving from the Saxon Clinic.

My biggest frustration is that I have made a total of more than 15 calls to my surgeon's secretary that have not been responded to. The number provided is a mobile number and no one ever answers the calls or returns the messages left.

Its bad enough that my quality of life has been severely affected, but the lack of customer aftercare and appalling attitude that you get when you do eventually get through to anyone, has lead me to write this review.

I strongly recommend that you look to use alternative private care facilities if you can, as these people evidently do not care enough about their patients.

I hadn't realized how strongly so many people felt about this until I read some of the reviews on here today. When you read the responses by the Saxon clinic representative, it looks like this is a marketing person rather than someone that actually has any interest in helping these people resolve their issues.
