"Staff usually lovely"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Have been going to this hospital as an outpatient for 25yrs. The staff. Most of the time have been lovely. I went on 9th Jan at about 4.30pm to A&E. There was a security guard there. Very aggressive in his manner. I've been going there alot longer than him. I know the procedure better than him. He was too quick to answer me back. He thought the fact i'd been going there for so long. That i was demanding to be seen quicker than everybody else. Rubbish. I wasn't. I was thoroughly annoyed at his approach. May i suggest he goes on a course & rethinks the way he handles people. Too arrogant!! The medical staff were great. (As usual).
