"Eye Casualty"

Visited eye casualty yesterday and although the area was very busy all the staff were pleasant and welcoming.

All areas were clean and tidy.

Initially we were seen very quickly but then had quite a long wait, however this is not a complain and I think the staff do very well dealing with the volume of people requiring their attention.

I had blood tests done which were sent to the lab and the results came back fairly quickly.

The Optometrist/Doctor that saw me was in my opinion very thorough.

I cannot thank the NHS staff enough for all they do in very trying and demanding circumstances.
