I had just returned from climbing Mt Kilimanjaro and had terrible foot pain.
Its a simple story, I was just v impressed with the speedy process and length of consultation for a minor issue (ligaments). The ENP was excellent and the consultation was adult to adult, engaging and I felt I was treated with care and respect. You kind of dread lost hours at A&E, but this took 90 mins, inc x-ray- it was quite busy, but everything from reception to ENP to Radiology and back to ENP was first class.
