"Disappointed with outpatient visit at Whipps Cross"

This morning I had an outpatient Rheumatology appointment for an ongoing issue. I had previously seen the consultant who has been brilliant.

Today it was the registrar and I was not so impressed. The appointment was rushed and no clear advice was given about long term plan if the next stage doesn't work, and no practical advice regarding getting back to exercise despite asking. There was no real engagement from the Dr and I just felt like my problem was not big enough for her to deal with despite being in pain for over a year now.

She referred me for a treatment through ultrasound and discharged me back to my GP so if it doesn't work I have to start the whole process of being referred again. Surely there is a better way?
