Sending a HUGE thankyou to The excellent Emergency care My Mum received...from the Expiditious arrival and swift transfer to A&E Wishaw University Hospital by The SAS Staff To The Seamless and Flawless care Of the entire Accident and Emergency Staff... you are all Just Spectacular and Not recognised or Congratulated nor Paid accordingly. Many thanks for taking the time to post feedback on the care your mother received whilst attending the Emergency Department here at University Hospital Wishaw.

I am so pleased that you found your experience a positive one and the staff will be delighted to read your kind words. The ED staff have a very difficult job, and carry this out with the patient being at the centre of everything.

It is always nice to get positive feedback and I will ensure this will be shared across the Emergency team here at University Hospital Wishaw.
