Came to the walk-in centre since I have been down with a tough flu for over a week. On walking in, was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Immediately, one of the doctos that was there explained that they are extremely busy at the moment and that for flu patients, he can only offer a temperature and heart rate check, if those two are worrying, they can take me on. I felt this was realistic and was communicated in a great way. While checking my results, the doctor consistently gave me advice on how to best manage the flu (new advice I haven't heard before) and told me to be back next week if it still continues, and they will find someone to see me.
All in all, I know they didn't solve the problem, but the staff was extremely pleasant and professional and truly shows what the walk-in centres are for.
Great stuff!
"Great service"
