"The serious mistreatment of my daughter"

About: Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

My daughter was admitted to Ash Green learning disability centre under section 2 of the mental health act on December 1st 2017 . This was as the result of a catastrophic mistake by her psychiatrist in her medication .

I have put in an official complaint via the patient experience team, but as yet have received no response whatsoever from DHCFT.

It would appear that they do not regard my daughter's demise as of any importance or indeed interest. Meanwhile she remains at Ash green with no prospect of returning to her home any time soon .

I find their attitude to be arrogant and uncaring and I feel my daughter deserves so much better.
