After being told I wasn't eligible for an appointment I was offered an advisory call from the dentist. The dentist then asked me to come in and he would fit me in between his other patients. I did have about an hour and a half wait but the staff were friendly, open and honest. When I actually received the dental treatment it was done painlessly having been given the time for the anesthetic to kick in properly (the same cannot be said for other dental services I've used). I left with clear instructions on what to do next and feeling very pleased with the service I received.
