"Worse provider of care"

I have rated oxleas no stars as a service user who has been one for 30 years they are the worse provider of care that I have known they have failed me on several occasions badly and admitted these failing and they think by putting things in place they have tick there boxes staff lack caring skills and management cover it up I would never recommend this provider at all even private and community sector say oxleas is the worse provider of care in the country what they need is dispatcher to come in then people will see the real side of oxleas
