I am pleased this hospital has taken accountability for false allegations by a consultant. Often, that is all patients want and such accountability goes some way to restoring patient confidence.
A consultant falsely accused me of non attendance of an appointment. I was able to prove that no appointment letter was ever sent and that the allegation was false. The hospital eventually admitted they failed to send an appointment letter and that the allegation was false.
I am very relieved the hospital has admitted its mistake.
