"Thank You Dr"

Called the surgery closer to closing time in the evening, requesting pain relief, following a painful dental problem. Requested reception staff that if possible, to arrange a call back from a GP on floor that evening. A doctor called back in no time and arranged a script for anlagesia. She even personally left it at Pharmacy for me to collect later that evening, as it was close to surgery closing time. I could sleep well pain free that night after few sleepless nights with pain.
