Had my hip replaced on the 2nd of January 2018. I was immediately checked in at Ward 15, The paperwork was very efficiently completed, seen by the antheatist who comprehensively explained procedures, I was very shortly taken to the operating theatre where again all was very efficient and professionally conducted. At recovery there was a nurse with me all the time which made me feel secure and confident.Then taken to Ward 10 where I felt that the staff were exceptional, caring and empathetic.
Considering the negative reports that are portrayed in the press, I could not disagree more strongly with them the treatment I received was of the highest standard. "thank you Wansbeck".
