"doctors receptionists"

ive just been to my doctors to have my bloods taken and needed to make an appointment for 3 days time so i could go on my new meds for my bipolar disorder. these are really important meds as im self harming and have suicidal thoughts.

my doctor said the appointment with the doctor is very important yet when i get to the receptionist to book an appointment i have questions such as what is the appointment for? what are the tablets for? why are you under hollins park?

i think this is disgusting and it's not the first time ive been questioned like this for an appointment. they are receptionists - not doctors or nurses and i do not expect to be questioned by a receptionist who seems to think that it's appropriate to interrogate me.

I can say that as yet i still havent got my appointment! they said to ring up in the morning on the friday and you MIGHT get one but if not monday will have to do. they cant book appointments for 2/3 days in advance.

so who knows whether i will get an appointment? im outraged by this receptionist!
