"5 hour wait to see doctor !!!"

My 71 year old husband was taken to A&E by ambulance following contact with 111.

It was early hours of a Saturday morning and he was treated with disdain. The triage nurse NEVER spoke to him. I have made a full complaint with full story and we are still waiting for answers. He was in pain and given no help. The following week attended private hospital and has had an operation and is recovering well just £7000 less money in bank account
