"A&E visit"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped with looking after my mum who was admitted on New year's day. It was a long wait, some of the time in the ambulance until room could be found. The ambulance crews who looked after us both outside the hospital and in the small ward whilst waiting to be seen by the Dr where a credit to their profession. The nurses once we were admitted where great with my mum especially the agency nurse who dealt with my mum. I must also mention the receptionists and porters without their humour and kindness made the day manageable.

Not an easy job but you were all so kind so thank you.

Just one complaint there was no where to get a cup of coffee/tea or any food. Vending machine was out of drink and after a long wait you don't really want a chocolate a sandwich would have been nice.
