(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have had some ups and downs lately as have been passed around to different key workers.   But now I have a long term key worker who is Mike and since I work with him I have a done so much.   I would like to thank everyone, thanks Mike.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies that your care and treatment has been impacted by change of keyworkers, unfortunately sometimes we have to re-allocate when staff leave.

I am glad to hear that you now feel settled and have a good relationship with Mike, he is a great keyworker and part of our team. I will ensure he hears your feedback.
