"cataract surgery."

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

I have now been waiting nearly 12 months for cataract surgery. One eye was done in august had an appointment for 2nd eye.this was cancelled. I cannot drive at night due to bad haloing effect due to imbalance in eyes. I cannot judge traffic at night which makes crossing of roads dangerous. I have explained all this but they don't care. Will I ever get other eye done I don't know.
