I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the midwifery team from the induction suite to the delivery suite to the surgeons during the c section to the recovery midwives. They have all been 100%. so caring & attentive. Ive been in hospital for 4 days & have not once felt like i was ignored or pushed aside. My opinions and choices were taken into account throughout the whole labour. The ladies in the delivery suite were constantly telling me i was doing well & supporting me. The doctor who decided i needed a c section had my best interests at heart and fid what waa right for me & the baby.
The surgeons during my c section made me feel so at ease and relaxed. My gorgeous girl was looked after wonderfully and they involved my husband in alot of the delivery. It angers me when i hear other new moms moaning about not getting certain things when asked. One example was this girl not bringing her own formula or bottles to feed her new born baby and not liking the milk choices you have on offer yet this is your fault?? Someone not being prepared for the arrival of their child is not the staffs problem. You guys work so hard bringing all these lovely babys into the world safely. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for all you have done for me & my new born daughter. Im leaving this hospital fully pleased and relaxed. You are true heroes !
